Mumbai Karnataka Education Trust duly Registered during 2001-02,
with it’s head quarter at Ranebennur established a college
of education for women in 2007-08 in the heart of the town of Ranebennur
with the sole intention of helping needy graduate women.
The college was inaugurated in December 2007. The college was
started with a modest strength of hundred students & 10 teachers
The college Is affiliated to Karnataka State Women’s University,
Vijayapura which has annual scheme of examination.
The college has good building and infrastructural facility. It
has well equipped psychology lab, educational technology lab,
science lab as well as computer lab. Well furnished class rooms
are also available along with good library with more than 7000
volumes of Books.
With an experienced band of teachers, able principal and co-operating
students the college hopes to march on along it’s chartered
course towards it’s goal of excellence in teacher education.
